I began my journey in the construction industry
10 years ago as a carpenter for a small company in Dallas. The next step I took in my career was running heavy equipment for a underground utility trades. I decided to make the switch to the demolition industry about 10 years ago.
My definition of success is being able to put my kids through school and having financial freedom along with inspiring those around me to look for more than just a paycheck but to be able to grow with the company and their personal definition of success.
I began my construction career in 2012 as a junior foreman for an underground utilities company in Fort Worth. The 8 years of underground utilities led me to really appreciate this amazing team at Liberty Demolition! My definition of success is more than just financial freedom and other attainable monetary things. It also includes, helping others understand the value of positively impacting those around you daily, whether that is putting a smile on someone’s face or educating and elevating the people around you.
I started my career in the commercial construction industry working for a General Contractor. I made the switch from the dark side at the start of 2020 and haven’t looked back. My definition of success is financial freedom, good health, and turning everyday into Saturday; coming to work for more than just a paycheck; and living a life in which I can Impact those around me in a positive way.
I started in the structural engineering world doing drafting, design, and engineering consulting. I stayed and gathered some great experience for 6 years.
I came over to the Demo world at the birth of Liberty Demolition and have loved tearing things up ever since!
My definition of success is to be able to Inspire, encourage, and help lead others around me to acquire their personal success, to be able to Impact others lives through teamwork and support; to be financially free for my little family to live a happy life; and effect generations behind them with the same goals.
1. If I can build a Legacy and last name that my wife and kids can be proud of and pass down to their kids, then I win! If we can be known for Inspiring people to do the same and helping them attain success, then we can positively impact hundreds of thousands of lives directly and indirectly.
2. Generational Wealth is something I wake up and think about daily. The goal is to help three generations of my personal family and work family; however it’s not just monetary. I want to pass down core values, philosophies on business, life, investment portfolios, and most importantly the pursuit of happiness. Success is waking up everyday loving what you do. For my kids, I don’t care if that’s being a doctor or a mermaid (my Daughter's Kindergarten aspirations) - just LOVE what you do and you win!!!
3. There are some monetary things I want for my family too. I want to vacation quarterly and make lasting fun memories that we can remember for a lifetime. I want my kids childhood and adulthood to be filled with joy and love. I want to be present and engaged in their lives daily. We enjoy lake life and things with motors, whether it's cruising around our golf cart, riding bikes, playing with RC cars, or riding the SeaDoo; I’m afraid my kids have the same affliction for motorized things that I do…. You can’t pass down only good traits…
“If a Genie sat down and said with the snap of his fingers
your definition of success would come true, what would you say?”
